Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organization, with potential exposure in Information Technology Division
- Acceleration Program to Develop the future leaders of the company
- Knowledgeable Inclass experiences
- Valueable mentoring for many business process of the company

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree Major Information Technology / Information System / Computer Science / Information Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering with GPA Min, 3.00
Fresh Graduate are welcome
Passion about ERP System
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and a great team player
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
Never involve in crime and drugs
Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit area

Additional Requirements :

Ability and willingness to relocate to Business Unit’s Garudafood location, over the duration of the program.
