Talent Acquisition Officer

What you will do :

Create Job Advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms
Utilize different channels to source and shortlist potential candidates to fulfill a vacant position
Manage schedule for work-sample test and interview and reference checks on selected candidates
Assist the onboarding process for new hires
Contribute to enhancing the organization’s employer branding activities to attract top talent

We are looking for you who :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Psychology with minimum, GPA 3.00
Experienced in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in FMCG industry at least 1-2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
