Saat ini PT. Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) kembali membuka lowongan kerja sebagai :
1. Finance (Cashier) Officer
Qualifications :
- Experienced as finance up cashier or AP at least 1 year but Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Has a Bachelor Degree in accounting
- Willing to be placed at Cilejit, Tangerang
Job Descriptions :
- Handle petty cash, giro and check
- Recording all transaction process
- Handle invoices, receipts and tax
- Input cash book into the system
2. Tax Staff
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficient in tax report, tax return & tax software
- Has a Bachelor Degree in Tax
Job Descriptions :
- Managing, reporting and make sure the taxes are paid on time
- Reconcile tax
- Preparing and providing tax data for audit
- Handle all tax filing
3. Secretary
Qualifications :
- Experienced as secretary at least for 1-2 years
- Having an educational background in secretary academy is much preferable.
- Willing to be placed in cikande, Serang
Job Descriptions :
- Managing schedule of the director
- Handling all emails, calls and any corespondence which directed toward the director
- Creating minutes of meeting and report
- Handling all of the business trip necessity and reimbursement
